Equipment Rental

ÖH AKBILD offers a wide range of equpiment available for student initiatives and political actions.
Rental can be arranged at a minimum 1 week in advance with pickup and return by appointment mondays or thursdays.
Please familiarize yourselves with the rental conditions and make a profile in order to use the booking system.

Rental Conditions

1. In case of damage or loss to rented equipment the person signing the rental contract will be held responsible. If there are any problems with rented equipment please report back asap.
2. Please bring back equipment clean and cables properly rolled up in the same way as you received them. (look up on youtube if needed)
3. Core pickup and return time of the Equipment rental is Monday & Thursday at 9-10 am, but the times may vary. Make sure you have an appointment. Closed on holidays.
4. Please book equipment through the booking system and a minimum of 1 week in advance.
5. As a general rule equipment can be rented for a maximum 1 week but exceptions can be made. Please contact us on email.
6. In normal circumstances please allow for a response time on email of approx 4 working days. The Equipment rental is not a professional service and has limited capacity. We ask for this to be respected and not to be contacted through other channels.
7. For students of the Academy we require to make a photo copy of your student ID. For others we require the deposit of a photo ID.
8. We ask for a donation in the size of 5-80 EUR depending on what is rented. Donation goes into equipment maintenance only.
