ÖH elections are held every odd-numbered calendar year.
Would you like to run for the Student Council?

… or be active in the university or federal representation yourself?
In order to be eligible to vote, you must pay the student union fee and, if applicable, the tuition fees within a deadline set by the Ministry.

In the ÖH elections, elections are held at 3 levels:
Federal representation (parliamentary group election)
University representation (group election)
Student representation (personal election)
ÖH election 2023: Who, what, when, how and where?
The ÖH elections take place every 2 years. The next ÖH elections will take place from May 9 to 11, 2023.
For three days, you can decide who should represent your interests at federal level vis-à-vis the Academy and the institutes.

ÖH election days 2023
The ÖH elections are expected to take place from May 9 to 11, 2023. The student representation, the university representation and the federal representation will be elected in the elections. The student representation is a personal election, the university representation of the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna currently consists of a single list of 9 mandataries, political groups are active in the federal representation (e.g. KSV-Lili etc.).
